Constitutional Law

Constitutional law, or "droit constitutionnel" in French, is the branch of law that deals with the principles and rules governing the structure and functioning of a state. It is primarily concerned with the interpretation and application of a country's constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. Constitutional law defines the organization of government, the distribution of powers, the relationship between the state and individuals, and the protection of fundamental rights.
